Job Overview

 

Our client is hiring a talented Business Solution Architect to join the team. The BSA position requires deep knowledge of IT architecture and requires ownership of business transformation goals set by the executive team. Candidate must have a good knowledge of market trends, identification of customer needs, technology trends; industry best practices support IT Architecture

 

The BSA will:

• Envision and create solutions that meet business requirements for complex projects

• Design solutions that are aligned with program goals and enterprise architecture vision

• Produce project assessments based on project needs, budget, technology and timeline constraints

• Prove the feasibility of the design, achieve alignment with other BSA's and guide the IT solution through to its completion

• Build conceptual solutions with target architecture functional placement

• Understand design implications on enterprise-wide tools, people, process, technology and day 2 costs

• Own technology roadmap for the team

• Address existing gaps and move the domain towards its future state architecture in support of future business growth and innovation

• Present project and program vision to executives and business stake holders

 

Qualifications​

• Vast experience in IT Architecture, Software Development Design Patterns, SDLC best practices

• Program management and leadership skills are essential

• Understanding of on premise Cloud Infrastructure

• Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures

• Experience in software engineering and design architecture

• Positive outlook in meeting challenges and working to a high level

• Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes

• Professional experience working with and analyzing computer hardware and software

• Extensive knowledge and experience working with operating systems

• Knowledge of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), Hub and Spoke, Messaging, API lifecycle (WSDL, Swagger)

• Knowledge of modern frameworks like elastic, spring, Kafka, Kubernetes (OpenShift)

 

IT Stack:

• Integration Stack (BPM, IIB, ACE, API Connect, MQ), WebSphere, Microservices, API Development, Analytics, Enterprise Rules Engines

• Spring boot/Spring Framework

• ETL tools (SQL Server Integration Services, Oracle Suite and other data transformation tools)

• Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, Analytics (Product Catalogues, Customer Catalogues)

• Recommendation Engines, Mobile App Integration

• AI/ML, RPA

• Security and Identity Management

• Cloud Native and Next Gen Architecture Patterns
